The Three-Step Approach to Restoration
Step 1: Situation-Assessment
Initial Matter-port scan for 360° room views. (Complete Property Sketch is Recommended In most cases.)

Detail photos of any possible affected areas.
Preliminary Damage Mapping Of walls trims & other affected Materials.

Request Mold-assessment if necessary
Step 2: Water mitigation preventing further damage to property and belongings.
MITIGATION
- Comprehensive Jobsite preparation
- Perform permanent or Temporary
- repair if needed to Control the source
- Begin water extraction
- Place equipment⬇️ to Begin the Drying process.
- Pack out and moving of private property if needed
- Removal of materials that are permanent damage, would obstruct the Drying process potentially creating bacterial growth or mold.
- Debris removal
- Vacuum & sweeping
- Monitoring. /Final reading
- Equipment/pickup ⬆️
SANITATION
- Apply plant base Antibacterial to affected areas to prevent bacterial growth
- HIPAA Vacuum.
- Heavy surface cleaning.
- Surface Encapsulation.
- Final Damage assessment Matterport scan.
- Mitigation certificate of Completion Sign-off.
Note: The average Mitigation process Turnaround Is 72 hours (about 3 days) for small projects, but it all depends on the extend of the damage and taking in consideration that no external conditions such as Pending decisions,Weather,Materials,additional Work, or other contractors are delayed obstructing the process.
Step #3 Rebuild to Pre-loss Conditions
We prepare a Restoration Contractor Assessment using all information gather throughout the mitigation process. Floorplan drawings, Moisture readings, Infrared Imaging, detail Photos, Mitigation Scope of Work, and Matter-port scans. To write a Rebuild Scope of Work.
We write The Rebuild Xactimate to initiate a new Estimator to respond to an adjuster’s estimate that is too low or missing necessary items to get your property back to pre-loss conditions
We submit the Rebuild estimate to Homeowner for Approval or make the first Revision if necessary.
The estimate is submitted directly to the insurance carrier for approval.

Note: A deposit payment for 25% of Rebuild Estimate must be collected at signing to schedule Production

Note: A Third Deposit payment of 25% for a total of 75% of the current estimate must be collected at Commencement Day.
